Shipping & Returns

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing time can vary throughout the year, particularly during the Holidays. Our current processing time is about 5-10 business days. I will look for the lowest cost shipping method for you based on your location. All orders placed on this site will provide an estimate for shipping charges. Large pillar candles will not fit in flat rate USPS boxes and additional shipping fees will need to be collected prior to shipment. Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Texas address.


Shipping

Each order received is custom hand crafted. Orders are prepared and processed in the order they are received. Processing time can vary throughout the year, especially during the holidays. Our current processing time for candles is about 7-10 business days and Bath and Body about 3-5 business days.

We ship daily Via UPS, USPS, or FED EX.

Sales Tax will be added to orders in the state of Texas.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Discover for all on online orders.

ScentSational DeLites cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping from the carrier.

Returns

At ScentSational DeLites, we're committed to quality. We guarantee that every candle is personally inspected for quality of finish. Because our candles are hand crafted, we cannot accept returns unless a product is found to be defective. Our definition of defective is, you followed the proper burning instructions and the candle just will not burn, or you followed the instructions and it didn't burn right.
Returns cannot be accepted because the wick was trimmed too short and the candle will not light. Returns are not accepted on candles that have been mostly burned. You will quickly know if there is a problem with the craftsmanship of the candle. If the candle is truly defective, ScentSational DeLites stands behind our products and will replace it at our expense.

Cash refunds are not given under any circumstances. Products can be exchanged for the same item.

Returns are not accepted for exchange because you did not like the scent or color of a candle.

If a product arrives after shipping damaged, all damage claims must be reported in writing to ScentSational DeLites within 3 business days of receipt. Reports should be e-mailed to candles@scentsationaldelites.com. Hold all product and packaging materials in case the carrier would like to inspect them. Bath and Body items and Soaps are non-returnable for the health and safety of our customers. Everyone has different body chemistry and most people will never have any problems with our body products. There is the possibility with any body product that a person may have a dermal (skin) reaction, with most people that chance is very slim but we realize it exists. If you have in the past had a reaction to a lotion, soap or other body product or perfume, please email me and I will give you a full listing of our ingredients for your review. Please note ALL our products contain fragrance unless requested unscented. Should an irritation occur while using any of our body products please discontinue use immediately. Should the irritation persist please seek medical advice. ScentSational DeLites will assume no responsibility for allergic reactions to our products. ScentSational DeLites is also not be responsible for Medical Expenses etc.
